In August 2016, the launch complex of the hydroelectric generating set №3 of Dniester PSPP, constructed by Consortium "RPA "Ukrgidroenergobud", got a compliance certificate issued by the State Architectural and Construction Inspectorate of Ukraine. The certificate confirms compliance of the complex with project documentation and its readiness for operation.

The installed capacity of the third launch complex in the generating mode is 324 MW, in the pumping mode - 421 MW, which corresponds to the design data (by PJSC "Ukrhydroproject").

The main equipment comprises the hydro-generator motor CB02-1255 / 255-4OUHL and the pump-turbine type OPO 170-B-730.
