In December 2016, Consortium RPA Ukrgidroenergobud and OJSC Ukrgidroenergo signed an agreement for construction of primary facilities of the Kaniv PSPP, acting in compliance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №1050-r dd. 12.11.2013 on implementation of the Kaniv PSPP Construction Project.
Under the agreement, Consortium RPA Ukrgidroenergobud as a general contractor will supply the equipment and perform work in the period from 2016 to 2018.

New Project Consortium on Kaniv HPP
Ukrgidroenergobud R&D Consortium jointly with OJSC Turboatom and SE Electrotyazhmash Plant will carry out some work upon results of the tender, conducted by OJSC Ukrgidroenergo, to supply 7 turbines, 7 generators, 8 sets of auxiliary systems to Kaniv HPS. They will perform dismantling, installing, commissioning work and put hydropower facilities into operation.

Kanev HPP reconstruction continues
In October 2016, within the framework of reconstruction of units 2 and 3 of Kaniv HPS (8 hydroelectric generating sets), Consortium RPA Ukrgidroenergobud completed the dismantling of 110kV electrical components of the excitation system, control systems and auxiliary technological systems and cables.
Construction work is carried out within the framework of reconstruction of buildings and facilities of Kaniv HPS.
